If you prefer a shower to a bath, shower steamers are a great option.  But rather than placing them into a tub, wet the shower steamer and either place on the floor of the shower out of direct water stream or hang from the valve or hook . The water activates the fizzing reaction and releases the essential oils into the air.  It's the perfect way to start the day.
