If you prefer a shower to a bath, shower steamers are a great option.  But rather than placing them into a tub, wet the shower steamer and either place on the floor of the shower out of direct water stream or hang from the valve or hook . The water activates the fizzing reaction and releases the essential oils into the air.  It's the perfect way to start the day.
 
Another name for this combination is Sinus Relief but I can't make any medical claims on that. :)
